Returns:

You have {7} seven calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the invoice/receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds:

Once we receive your poster, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned poster. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. When your return is approved, we will initiate an instant refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within your card issuer’s policies certain usually between {5} five working days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Items Not Eligible:

Any posters that are damaged or torn or are not in the same condition as sent are non-returnable. All posters are sent using Royal Mail Express Service which requires a signature.

Sale Items:

Sale items are returnable please use the same policies for non - sale posters.

How to Return Your Item:

Please notify info@catzzinthecity.com with heading returned poster and the title of the poster. Then resend the poster to the address which is printed at the top of your invoice.
